    She was a US Army Veteran and a retired police officer from the Raleigh, North Carolina Police Department.

     Surviving are her son, Keith Beard Wiseman, III of Washington, DC; sisters, Rhonda, Theresa, Penny, and Donna; and many friends in the River Run and Sunset Harbor C

    Services will be held at a later date to be announced.
