Albert Augton Draughn, 96, Supply, NC died July 7, 2026.
Born in Surry County, NC on June 28, 1930, he was a son of the late John Jefferson Draughn and Daisy Smith Draughn. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 62 years Gertrude Cox Draughn, a brother, J.J. Draughn and two sisters, Ethel Jonas and Nellie Arsenault.
He was a retired textile machinist and a member of the Word of Christ Fellowship Church.
Surviving are his daughter Deborah “Debbie” Draughn and his son Larry Draughn (Deborah); grandchildren, Ryan Draughn (Laurie), Julian Ashe (Shandra); great grandchildren, Haley Straub, Taylor Draughn, and Brooklyn Draughn.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm in the Brunswick Funeral Service Shallotte Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of your choice.
