Alice Barbara Matthews, 65, of Bolivia died Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in Lower Cape Fear Hospice.
She was born in Manhattan, NY, on September 22, 1950, daughter of Edward J. Simpson and Helen Lang Simpson.
Surviving are her daughter, Melissa Matthews, (Israel) and grandchildren, Trevor and Gracie; and special friend, Loretta Giacolone.
