Anna May York of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, 90, died Sunday, May 27, 2018 at SECU Hospice.
Anna was born in Gibbstown, NJ on July 17, 1927 to the late Edison F. and Ruth Mae Boyd Barnhart. She graduated from Salem High School in 1945. Anna married Clement C. York, Jr. in 1948. The couple relocated to CA in the late 1970's and moved to FL in the mid 1990's. She was a retired Customer Service Representative in the banking business.
In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by her husband, Clement C. York, Jr., and a granddaughter, Beverly Sue Williams.
Surviving are a son, Clement York III, Lathrop, CA; daughters, Maryellen York, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Marguerite “Peggie” York, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Jayne York, Pennsville, NJ; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
She was a member of Seaside UMC where services will be held at a later date.
