Obituary
Betty Jean Stanley, 85, of Conway, SC. Formerly from Shallotte, NC died May 6, 2023.
Born in Red Springs, NC on January 9, 1938 she was a daughter of the late Charlie Moore and Maude Walters Moore. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy Livinggood and her husband, Louie Stanley.
She was a retired seamstress having worked at the Shallotte Sewing Plant and was a member of Jennies Branch Baptist Church.
Surviving are her longtime companion, Mr. Laurie Grice of Conway, SC and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted Monday, May 15, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Jennies Branch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
