Obituary
Carlton Ray Bullock, 70, of Ocean Isle Beach died December 17, 2021. Born in Robeson County on April 18, 1951, he was a son of the late Carlton Bullock and Kathleen Leggett Bullock. He owned and operated Ray’s Lawn Care. He enjoyed motorcycles, horse riding, and jet skis. He served as coordinator of his neighborhood watch.
Surviving are his wife, Kathy Edwards Bullock; son, Garrett Bullock (Samantha) of Shallotte; daughter, Lindsay Bullock of Longwood, NC; sister, Ada Smith (Harold) of Lumberton and grandchildren, Bella, LaRaya and Killian.
A Celebration of life will be conducted Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM in Oceanview Baptist Church officiated by The Rev. Larry Melton. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent in the honor of Carlton to Ocean View Baptist Church 7025 Beach Drive, SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469.
