Obituary
Charles Anthony DiGiovanna, 77, of Calabash passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018.
Charles was born on May 21, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Vincent and Josephine DiGiovanna. He is also preceded in death by a sister Rosalee.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Lucy; son, Vincent DiGiovanna and wife Pamela of Murrelle’s Inlet; daughters Elena Digiovanna of Bogotá, Columbia, Josefina DeCamposSalles and husband Alex of College Park, MD; grandchildren, Callen, Adrianna, and Luiz Carlos.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Brendan the Navigator Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 10:00 am with a reception to follow.
The family is overwhelmed by the love and support they have received. Memorial donations can be made in Charles name to St. Brendan’s Loaves and Fishes, other Social Ministries, or the American Cancer Society.
