Charles Christopher Mahony, 89, of Calabash, NC, died June 3, 2018.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 22, 1928, a son of the late James and Josephine McGuire Mahony. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Mahony.
Prior to retirement, he was a Marketing Supervisor for the Eastman Kodiak Company. He was a World War II USMC veteran, a member of the American Legion, and Loyal Order of Elks.
Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Grace McEneaney Mahony; sons, Michael Mahony, Oneonta, NY, Christopher Mahony (Lisa Ann), Filmore, CA, and Thomas Mahony (Michele), Rockaway Township, NJ; daughters, Kathy Mahony, Teresa Mahony, both of Calabash, NC, and Nancy Levine (Jeff), Simi Valley, CA; and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 4:00pm Saturday, June 9, 2018 in the Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel with a Prayer Service to follow.
