Charles Tamlyn, 72, died October 9, 2020, at his Sunset Beach, NC home.
Charlie was born November 9, 1947, in NY, NY to Charles and Beryl Tamlyn.
A proud Army veteran, he lived most of his life on Long Island, NY until he retired to Sunset Beach, NC 22 years ago. He was a lover of animals, enjoyed playing trivia, and was a big fan of the Coastal Carolina collegiate teams.
He is survived by his brother, Martin Tamlyn, and his two sisters, Nancy Derr and Susan Kanowitz along with their spouses Michael Derr and Michael Kanowitz. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, April Kanowitz, Andrew Kanowitz, Jessica Goodenough, and Michele Derr in addition to his 2 grandnieces and 3 grandnephews.
