Obituary
Claudia Jane Ganas, 77, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC died February 10, 2021.
She was born in Cleveland, OH on June 17, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Huebner and Lillian Wharfield Huebner.
Mrs. Ganas was a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and was a member of the Sunset Ridge Neighbor Book Club.
Surviving are her husband, Bruce C. Ganas; a son, Jonathan Ganas, Dexter, MI, and the mother of his children, Christa Quinn; two sisters, Carol Schreiber of Bradenton, FL and, Marilyn Doehring of Cleveland, OH; grandchildren, Kate Elise Ganas and Brooke Allison Ganas; three nephews, Jeffrey Schreiber, John Schreiber, and Billy Doehring; three neices, Nancy Humphreville (God daughter), Jennifer Schreiber and Kelly Doehring; two grand-nephews, Jon Schreiber and Ben Schreiber; four grand-nieces, Kristin Schreiber, Jackie Schreiber, DeCarla Schreiber and , Jaymie Schreiber.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Brunswick Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Mintz Cemetery, Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Masks and social distancing will be observed.
