Consuelo Guillermina Guarnis, 98, of Shallotte, NC passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
She was born in Lima, Peru on February 12, 1920, a daughter of the late Enrique Vargas and Enriqueta Vivanco Vargas.
Surviving are her daughter, Marcela Rubio, Ocean Isle Beach, NC; brother, Alfredo Vargas-Vivanco; sister, Olga Vargas De Franco; grandchildren, Carlo Rubio and Claudia Rubio.
