Obituary
Craig Maynard Swart, age 72, of Shallotte passed away on Friday November 22, 2019 at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick.
He was born in Flint, Michigan on November 26, 1947 the son of the late Floyd Swart and Maxine Goodwrich Swart.
Mr. Swart was a veteran of the United States Army, and a member of the National Rifle Association. He was a volunteer Fireman for twenty years.
Surviving are two sons, Brian Swart and wife, Denyelle of Shallotte, NC and Matt Swart and wife, Senta of Michigan; two daughters, Lori Ward and Jenny Burkey and husband, Scott all of Michigan; two sisters, Kay also of, MI and Shelly Hampton of GA.; grandchildren, Ashley, Alyssa, Haley and husband, Drew, Hunter, Jonathan, Isaac, Abby, Daniel, Hannah, Oliva, and Seth also one great grandchild, Lucas.
A celebration of his life will be held 11:00 AM Thursday December 5, 2019 at Brunswick Funeral Service Shallotte Chapel by Reverend Jason L. Benton officiating.
