Obituary
Daniel R. Loerzel, 70, of Boiling Spring Lakes, NC, died December 13, 2016.
Born in Muskegon, MI on January 9, 1946, a son of the late Bernard Loerzel and Marie Harp Loerzel.
He was a USMC veteran, a member of the Boiling Spring Lakes VFW Post, and a retired building contractor.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Durham Loerzel; sons, DeWayne Loerzel, Bernie Loerzel, Daniel Loerzel, and Dale Loerzel; two sisters, Linda and Debbie; and several grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 16, 2016, in Oak Island Moose Lodge, 4239 Long Beach Road, Oak Island, NC.
Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Foundation and/or the Disabled Amerian Veterans Association.
