Dave, also known as "Poppy" to many, was a kind and thoughtful soul and will be missed and remembered by the many whose lives he touched. His faith always guided him throughout his life. He enjoyed telling stories, making everyone laugh, spending time with his family at the beach, watching movies from the 1930's to present, and cheering on his beloved NY Yankees. His life was devoted to family, and his faith always worked to keep them close. This was the greatest gift that he gave to his family. He was loved by all, and will be forever missed.
He was born in Newburgh, NY on October 31, 1950, graduated in 1968 from Newburgh Free Academy and attended Miami-Dade College. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 373 for 41 years.
David is survived by his wife Linda, his sister Kathy Dino, his brother John Barton Jr. and spouse Mary Eileen. He is also survived by his loving daughters and their spouses, Megan Corsetti (Darren), and Amanda Addeo (Chris). David had three step-children: William and Robert Dietz, and Jody Tremblay.
