Donald George Hildreth, 72, of Calabash, North Carolina. I was born in Onieda Hospital, Oneida, New York. I went to Chittenango High School, NY and went into the Army in 1971 through 1973.
My profession was a heavy equipment operator, and I owned my own business MYOWN Dump Truck Equipment Service Bus. in Bridgeport, NY, 1996 to 2007. I got married on July 24, 1976, to Donna Lynn Kinslow Been married 47 years to my loving wife. We then lived in Bridgeport, NY and built our house with my father-in-law, family, and friends in 1982. We live there until July 2007 and moved to the Carolina's. We bought a house in Calabash, NC in April 2008. I retired from FSI at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, Southport, NC as a heavy equipment operator on April 15, 2016.
I was preceded in death by my mother Margaret Lucy Steltzner Hildreth; brothers Art Hildreth, Jack (Mary) Hildreth, identical twin Ronnie Hildreth, sister Sharon King, sisters-in-law Shirley Hildreth, Gail Hildreth, Sandra Bristol, several nieces, and nephews, and our non-blood that call us uncle and aunt. We loved them like our own children. Thank you for sharing your children with us.
I loved riding motorcycles with all our friends and all our gatherings with family and friends. I will miss everyone and will see you later in a better place.
