Donald Mayo Somersett, 78, of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, died November 8, 2025. He was born in Brunswick County, NC, on August 7, 1947, the son of Adell Somersett and Mary Bozeman Somersett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Somersett, and a grandson, Nicky Somersett.
Surviving are his daughter, Donna (Gromley) Somersett; son, Kevin Somersett (Denise); sister, Mary Dell Benton (Craig); grandchildren, Austin, Noa, Logan, Skyler, and Jordon; great grandchildren, Hadley and Hampton.
Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM from the graveside in Mintz Cemetery.
