Born in Boston, MA on March 7, 1948, she was the daughter of the late William Locke and Grace Martin Locke.
Surviving are her husband, Wilfred “Pat” Hinchliffe; son, Sean Hinchliffe (Karrie), Littleton, CO; brothers, William Locke, Calabash, NC and Robert Locke, Billerica, MA; grandchildren, Tyler, and Kara Huggar (Jaret).
