Dorothy Hart Roberts, 88, Sunset Beach, NC died April 4, 2023.
Born in Halifax County, NC on February 2, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Harvey Dean Hart and Douscha Miller Hart. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Charles Donald Roberts.
She was a founding member of the Coastal Garden Club, attended St. James The Fisherman Episcopal Church, and was a member of the Women in Grief Support Group.
Dorothy was loved by many friends and neighbors.
Surviving are her daughter, Cathy Firestone (Bill), Valencia, CA; son, Tim Roberts (Jennifer), Olive Branch, MS; sister, Rebecca Spivey, Carthage, NC; grandchildren, Dan Firestone, Nikki and Josh Weatherford, and Nathan Roberts; great-grandchildren, Truitt and Wyatt Weatherford.
