Edna Earl King
Obituary
Edna Earl King, 70, formerly of Ash, died February 12, 2017 at her home in Winnabow. She was preceded in death by her parents, Newman King and Geneva Inman King, and her sister, Doris Ann King. She was a lover of shrimp, Banana Pudding, and chocolate.
Edna was loved and cared for by her extended family, Shirley James, Bill James, Hope Hall, Storm Hall and Bianca Hall.
She is survived by her brother, Paul King (Sondra) of Supply; nieces, Michelle Shoemaker of Supply; nephew, Joey King of LaGrange, NC; great niece, Amber Cheers; and great nephew, Cory Cheers. Also surviving is her faithful canine companion Mazey.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Thursday in New Britton Baptist Church by The Rev. Steve Nobles. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church.
