Obituary
Eileen Hession McClenachan, most recently of Sunset Beach, NC and Carlisle Pa passed away on Thursday December 12, 2019.
She was born in Manhattan, NY on April 12, 1938, the first of six children to bless the union of Hilda Koehler Hession and Walter Edward Hession. She moves on to join our two brothers, Walter E. Hession, Jr. and Michael Philip Hession.
Eileen grew up in Long Beach, NY and attended public schools there, following her dream to live and work in Manhattan after graduation from Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn, NC. Always the adventurer, she fell in love with sports skydiving and was an active member of the Tri State Skydiving Club, spending her weekends in Lakewood, NJ jumping out of airplanes.
In 1970, Eileen married the love of her life Blair McClenachan, and they spent forty years together before he passed away in 2011.
She is survived by siblings Peter, Margie and Joan and stepdaughters Anne and Sally.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Indian Gap National Cemetery in Annville PA.
