Obituary
My mom, Eunice Council Roach, died October 25, 2023! She was a beautiful, God-fearing woman. She loved me, and I loved her. She was a strong-willed, kind, gentle, and loving person. She was ready to cross that bridge, and I have come to realize there are worse things than death. She suffered much toward the end but passed peacefully with friends by her side.
I want to thank Hospice of Lower Cape Fear. I specifically want to thank nurse Deborah, Christina Waddell, Brianna Waddell, Katelyn Waddell, Shelia McLean, Becky Whisnant and Terri Haubert for their kindness and care for my mom in her last days.
