Obituary
Felicia Nicole Leggette, 36, of Rolesville, NC, formerly of Supply, NC, died May 19, 2021. She was the loving daughter of the late Roby C. Geddings and Wendy Hewett Geddings.
Felicia was an inspiration to thousands as she chronicled her struggle with breast cancer. Nothing was more important to Felicia than family. Deeply intellectual, yet profoundly humble, she created many enduring friendships with her authentic warmth and honesty. She bore suffering with grace and good humor as she built a legacy for her children. Felicia kept her faith until her last breath. She will be remembered as an incredibly vibrant, kind, and loving mother and wife.
Surviving are her loving husband, Striker Leggette; son, Owen Leggette; daughter, Alexa Leggette; brother, Danny Geddings of Ocean Isle Beach; mother-in-law Michelle Morrison of Ocean Isle Beach; and father-in-law, Hal Leggette, of Wendell, NC.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 29, at Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte, by The Rev. Dr. George West. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
