Obituary
Florence Thompson Smith, 74, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017.
Born in Delano, PA on September 15, 1942, she was the daughter of the late John Thompson and Virginia Bones Thompson. She is also preceded in death by a grandchild, Christopher Michael Smith.
Surviving are husband, Robert Burton Smith; son, Robert “Bob” Smith (Michelle) of Penndel, PA; daughter, Teresa Susco of Mantua, NJ; brother, John Thompson of Philadelphia, PA; sister, Judith Stefencavage of Bensalem, PA; three grandchildren, Anthony Michael Susco, Robert Anthony Smith, Grace Antoinette McDonald; and two great-grandchildren, Ava Rose Susco, and Logan Thomas Susco.
A service will be conducted at St. Brendan’s the Navigator Roman Catholic Church in Shallotte, NC on March 23, 2017 at 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to SECU Hospice House of Brunswick, 1414 Physician Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
