Obituary
Forrest D. Kelly from Charlotte, North Carolina passed away peacefully on February 4, 2018 at his home in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.
He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran serving in the Army 101st Airborne. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart with clusters. He was a lifetime member of the VFW. He loved his family and grandchildren dearly and second to his heart was his Corvettes. He was a member of the Queen City Corvette club of Charlotte and a member of the Myrtle Beach Corvette Club.
He is survived by his wife Deborah, his daughter Janet Carver her husband Neil and two daughters, Kelly Marie and Miss Gracie. His son Daniel, his wife Lisa and three children, Bailey, McCayla and Tripp.
Services will be held at the Brunswick Funeral Services chapel, Shallotte, NC on February 17, 2018 at 12:30 pm. Following the service a meal will be served at Brick Landing Plantation at 2:00. As per Mr. Forrest wishes.
