Obituary
Frances Ann Russell, 82, of Shallotte, NC, died April 21, 2024. A daughter of Jack L. Hewett and Eunice Carlisle Hewett, she was a lifetime resident of Brunswick County, and a retired banker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry Johnson, and a grandson, Justin Hughes.
Surviving are her husband, Arthur “Pat” Russell; son, Darren Johnson (Centrie); daughter, Lorie Johnson; and brothers, Billy Hewett (Carolyn) and James Hewett.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte Chapel, by The Rev. Jason Benton. The family will receive friends at 10 AM, Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
