George Richard “Richie” Hospodar, 85, of Calabash, NC died Monday, July 24, 2023.
Born in White Plains, NY on September 2, 1937, a son of the late George Hospodar and Eunice Bates Hospodar. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Josephine Libby Hospodar.
He was a United States Navy veteran and a retired electrical contractor and former member of the Mt. Kisco Rescue & Fire Department.
Surviving are daughters, Pam Waterbury (Jimmy) of Carolina Shores, NC, Sandy Welch, of Calabash, NC and Sharon Morgans (Andy) of Carolina Shores, NC; grandchildren Samantha, Kimberly, Christine, Andrew and Doug; great grandchildren Jase, Kaya, Sophia and Amelia.
There will be no local services at this time.
