Gloria Mae Hickman, 80, Sunset Beach, NC died May 14, 2023.
Born in Richeyville, PA on May 24, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Estel Ray Harless and Freda Davis Harless. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gene Hickman.
She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and a member of the Anchor Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Teresa “Terry” Kyer (Jeffrey), Spotsylvania, VA; son, Douglas Gene Hickman (Laura), Linden, VA; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel, Shallotte. Burial will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
