Obituary
Gloria Vivian Steffenhagen, 90, of Stokesdale, NC passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018.
Gloria was born in White Plains, NY on October 1, 1928, a daughter of the late Norman Girling and Freida Hilton Girling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Steffenhagen, Sr.
She enjoyed traveling, loved cats, collected teddy bears and antique dolls, was an awesome cook, amazing crafter, and her favorite color was purple.
Surviving are her son, Harold Steffenhagen, Jr. (Cathy), Stokesdale, NC; daughters, Susan Day (Mike), Carmel, NY, and Barbara Mack (Peter), Angier, NC; sister, Dorothy Clark, Stroudsburg, PA; grandchildren, Michael Day, Walter Day, Brian Mack, Christopher Mack, Susan Shouldice, Tanya Niessen, Harold Steffenhagen, III; seven great- grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in Brunswick Memorial Gardens.
