Harry John Jablonski, age 87, of Shallotte, NC was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on September 10, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Betty Jablonski. Together they had one daughter, Brenda Jablonski of Shallotte, and two sons, Timothy Jablonski (wife Linda) of Kannapolis, NC, and John Jablonski (wife Nancy) of Farmville, NC. John preceded his dad in death and was waiting to greet Harry in Heaven. Mr. Jablonski was blessed with 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Harry was the son of the late Anthony and Magdalene Jablonski of Cheektawaga, NY. He was preceded in death by 5 sisters, Theresa, Rita, Peggy, Helen, and Irene, and one brother, Eddie.

Mr. Jablonski was a patriot, devoted husband, loving father, and active member of Calvary Baptist Church. He loved his community and enjoyed the fellowship of many caring friends. Harry was a U.S. Marine who served in Korea and was a member of the Chosin Few. He received two Purple Hearts for his service and sacrifice.

May we never forget the humility, service, and character that defined the life of Harry Jablonski. May God continue to bless his beloved wife, Betty, all of his loved ones, and the goodness he inspired within all who knew him.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Brunswick Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Brunswick Memorial Gardens with Military honors.
