Heather was born in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, on October 7, 1950, to Dr. and Mrs. Gene N. Heather is survived by her husband of more than 30 years, David Morstain of Virginia Beach, VA; her mother, June M. Lam of Virginia Beach, VA; her daughter, Kelsie L. Costner of Southport, NC; granddaughter, Taylor Stone (Brandon) of Bolivia, NC; grandson, Ryan Costner of Greenville, NC; great-granddaughter, Parker Blaire Stone of Bolivia, NC; her siblings (David Lam, Holly Wells, and Dana Lam) as well as many loving nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Gene N. Lam.
