Obituary
Irene Pope Caudle, 78, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC died Thursday, June 20, 2024.
Born in Monroe, NC on November 9, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Pope and Inez Griffin Pope. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Ronald Miller Caudle and a brother Robert Pope.
She was retired from the former Branch Banking and Trust (BB&T) and was an active member of Old Shallotte Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son Kevin Caudle (Denise), Leland, NC; a daughter Robin Todd (Stephen), Lumberton, NC; sisters Ruth Walters, Denton, NC and Eunice Mingus, Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11:00AM in Old Shallotte Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until 11:00AM prior to the service at the church.
