Obituary
Jackie Leonard Hardee passed away Friday, March 22nd after a long battle with dementia peacefully at home.
Jackie was born February 12,1935, to the late Robert H. Leonard and Priscilla Watts Leonard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her by her sisters Eula Hewett,Mary Powell,Lizzie Hewett,Louise Bennett,Doot Dixon,Loretta Wells and brother Robert Leonard Jr. and her oldest son Kendall “Kel” Hardee Jr.
She is survived by her husband Kendall L. Hardee Sr., children Tony Hardee (Bridget) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Candy Bahouth (Edwin) Wilmington, NC, grandchildren Morgyn H. Bristow (Justin), Austin Hardee, Andrew Love, Connor Hardee and Copper Booth and one great-grandson Max Bristow.
The family would like to say thank you for all of the support and prayers from family, friends, and her Hospice Team.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1PM on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Village Point Methodist Church.
The family will recieve friends from 12 Noon to 1 PM at the church.
