Obituary
James H. Walker, 73, died August 25, 2016, at his home in Southport. He was born in Orange, NJ, on August 17, 1943, son of William H. Walker and Gloria Pearsall Walker. He was a Marine and a retired Air Traffic Controller.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Wynn Walker; mother, Gloria Pearsall Walker; daughters, Lynn Schumaker and Lauri Flynt; and grandchildren, Kristin Lea, James Schumaker, John Schumaker, Matthew Schumaker, Alex Schumaker, and Jackson Flynt; and four great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 27, 2016, at Beach Road Baptist Church.
