Jane E. Harvey

Jane grew up in Clarks Summit, PA and attended Abbington Heights High School.   She enjoyed being part of the cheerleading squad in High School.    She was married for 16 years and had two children, Alan and Tami Bailey and lived most of her adult years in Lakeland, FL.   Jane was very involved with the Methodist Church in Lakeland always making meals for those in need and attending many social events with friends and the church.  For a few years while raising two children she also worked in a Bank and attended college classes.    She did meet the love of her life, Bill Harvey, later in life and they were married for 29 years.    Bill and Jane enjoyed their common interests in traveling, fishing and board games on a nightly basis.   Jane relocated to North Carolina to be near her daughter and two of her grandchildren 14 years ago and has always had the desire to move to North Carolina for the cooler weather and beautiful landscape.    She moved from Cary, NC in 2020 to Ocean Isle Beach to follow her daughter and son-in-law to the coast and has really enjoyed the slower pace of our beautiful coastal area.
