Janice Lynn Caison, 69, of Shallotte, NC died on Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
Born on August 4, 1950 in West Monroe, LA, she was a daughter of the late Alfred E. Oglesby and Rose Miller Oglesby.
She was a retired mortgage specialist having been employed by Wells Fargo and 1st Union Bank, and a former member of the American Business Women’s Association.
Surviving are her husband, James “Shorty” Caison; brother, Alfred E. Oglesby, Jr., West Monroe, LA; sisters, Andrea Lea Griggs, West Monroe, LA, Brenda Joyce Mehalko (Jack), Villa Hills, KY, Peggy Ann James (Gary), Grapevine, TX, Sharon Rose Smith, West Monroe, LA, LaDonna Jean Brooks (Truett), Orange Park, FL, and Leisa Oglesby Tucker (Steve), Shreveport, LA.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM in Village Point United Methodist Church by the Rev. Jason L. Benton.
The family will receive friends after the service at the church.
