Jeffrey Keith "Hippie" Haught, 68, of Bolivia, North Carolina, passed away on February 22, 2024. He was born on November 11, 1955, in Steubenville, Ohio. Jeff, known fondly as "Hippie," was a beloved husband to Ellen and a cherished father to Cresta (Jason) and Lanora (Melinda). He was a proud grandfather to Madison (Jordan) and Lainee (Kohl).

 Jeff had a fulfilling career as a semi-truck driver and enjoyed the open road. In his free time, he found joy in riding his Harley and spending quality moments with his friends. His infectious smile, wit, and generosity touched the lives of many. Jeff was a good-natured, fun-loving man who could light up any room with his jokes and kind spirit. He had a way of making everyone feel special and comfortable, and he would go above and beyond to help those in need.

 No formal memorial service is planned as Jeff lived in various places throughout his life. Instead, his family encourages everyone to remember Jeff in their own way and celebrate his loving and happy nature. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your local animal shelter or animal rescue, or simply raise a glass in his honor at your favorite bar.
