Joan Elizabeth Brinsfield, 84, Shallotte, NC died peacefully in her sleep on November 6, 2022.
Born in Atlanta, GA on March 28, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Reyston Brooks Norrell and Ottilie Theresa Lemke Norrell.
She was a loving homemaker and of the Southern Baptist faith.
Surviving are sons, Michael Alan Brinsfield (Cindy), Shallotte, NC, James William Brinsfield, Beverly Hill, FL, Richard Dale Brinsfield (Donna), Oak Ridge, NC, and Steven Marion Brinsfield, Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren, Jonathan Brinsfield, Christopher Brinsfield and Jessica Brinsfield (Rebecca Cooper) and one great-grandchild.
Services will be conducted on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte Chapel.
