Obituary
John Henry Kline, Sr., 92, of Bolivia, NC, died Thursday, September 22, 2016. He was born in Charleston SC, on October 7, 1923, a son of the late Albert Kline and Annie Johanna Young Kline. He was a US Navy Veteran and a CP&L Retiree.
He was preceded in death by three siblings and two grandsons.
He is survived by his wife, Juliette Smith Kline; sons, John H. Kline, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Gerald Kline of Charlotte, NC, Ray Kline of Charleston, SC, Robert Gales of Shallotte, NC and Melvin Douglas Gales of Bolivia; daughters, Alice Cooper of Charleston, SC, Doris Grier of Homassa, FL, Brenda Cook of Winnabow, NC, and Sherry Willetts of Bolivia; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild; and three brothers, Richard Kline, Norman Kline and William Kline, all of Charleston, SC.
The family will have a private service.
