John “Jay” Eriquez, 77, of Sunset Beach, NC died Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Born in Danbury, CT on January 18, 1947, son of Lena Arconti Eriquez and the late John Eriquez.
Jay worked as an educator and Director of Personnel/ Administrative Services in the Danbury Public School System for 30 years.
Surviving are his wife Lynn Petterson Eriquez; sons Jason Eriquez (Dawn), of Danbury, Ct and Geoffrey Eriquez, of Brookfield, CT; brother Gene Eriquez (Marta), of Danbury, CT; and five grandchildren, Hunter Eriquez (Will Mills), Raquel Eriquez, Morgan Eriquez, Jack Eriquez, and Ruby Eriquez.
