Juanita Frances Townsend, 83, of Carolina Shores died March 26, 2021. She was born in Crisfield, Maryland, on April 5, 1937, a daughter of the lateThomas Marshall and Idella Tawes Marshall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Marshall.
During her working years, she was employed in retail sales.
Surviving are her husband, Rudolph Townsend; son, Louis Townsend (Wendy) of Carolina Shores, NC; daughters, Patricia “Patty” Smith (Tim) of Newark, Delaware and Denise Townsend; brother, Walter Wilson of Minneapolis, MN; six grandchildren; and seven grandchildren.
