Kathleen Eva Ullman, 75, of Ocean Isle Beach died February 23, 2025. A daughter of the late Warren and Juanita Giba Roderick, she was born on February 28, 1949, in Youngstown, Ohio.
Kathy graduated Canfield High School and Boston University with an English Major. She managed two Caldwell Banker Offices in New Jersey, winning several National Awards for Real Estate Brokerage.
She and her husband, Bruce Fadem, were joined in matrimony on May 26, 2000, on the third deck of their home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and marsh in perhaps Sunset Beach’s highest wedding.
She was a devoted mother to Lara and Ericka; loving grandmother to Zack and Serenity; and sister to Marilyn.
