Obituary
Kenneth Joseph Baxter, 78, of Sunset Beach died March 7, 2025. Born in Buffalo, New York, on August 20, 1946, he was a son of the late David Baxter and Armilla Mortz Baxter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Baxter, and his sister Jeannie Lombardi.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a retired United States Government Commissary Manager. Kenneth was a member of the American Legion and The Loyal Order of the Elks.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Mousseau Baxter; son, Jason Baxter; daughter, Jennifer Smith (Jeffrey); and grandchildren, Brieanna and Katelynn.
A mass will be celebrated at St. Brendan The Navigator Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
