Obituary
Kenneth Ray Parrish, 80, of Ocean Isle Beach passed away, Tuesday, June 26, 2018.
He was born in Miami, FL on August 17, 1937, a son of Clyde Charles Parrish and Mary Rebecca Warner Parrish. He proudly served his county in the US Navy. He was happy when he was on the ocean. Not only was he a world-class fisherman, he was a fabulous cook and made the best fish tacos around. But, his greatest joy was his family and especially his grandchildren.
Helen, his wife of fifty-nine years preceded him in death. In addition to his wife and parents, his siblings Chester, Clyde, Edward, Carey, David, Mary Parrish and Nina Williams also preceded him in death.
Surviving are his son, Kenneth Lee Parrish (Kathy) of Oregon; daughter, Elaine Renee Parrish of Ocean Isle Beach; sister, Sarah Scott of Ocean Isle Beach; grandchildren, Reanna, Amanda, Nicole (Nick) and Aaron; and great grandchildren, Gwen and Oliver.
