Linda Carol McDowell, 66, Ash, NC died January 11, 2023.
Born in Columbus County on April 20, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Mills and Earlie Buffkin Mills. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Franklie Lee “Frankie” Mills.
Surviving are her husband Willie T. McDowell; a son Robert Frank Mills, Ash, NC and a daughter Judy Ann Mills, Oxford, NC.
