Obituary
Linda Lamb Coley, 46, of Southport passed away May 4, 2017, after an illness. Born in Craven County, NC, on April 26, 1971, she was the daughter of Carlton Lamb and Carol Miller Lamb of New Bern.
She earned Master’s Degrees in Education and Administration. She was employed as Assistant Principal at Cedar Grove Middle School. She had also taught at South Brunswick Middle School. She was a loving wife, mother, and outstanding educator. She spent many happy hours involved with her sons in school sports.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her loving husband, Franklin Nelson Coley; sons, Austin Graham Coley and Tanner Christopher Coley; brother, Robert Christopher Lamb; and Maternal Grandmother, Phyllis Miller.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 12, at Brunswick Funeral Service, Southport/Oak Island Chapel. The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Angel Fund at Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
