Obituary
Linda “Lin” McCallister Lenortavage, 76, of Calabash, NC, died January 26, 2020.
Born in Clarksdale, MS on June 21, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Bertrand Dewey McCallister and Margaret Ruth Lovell McCallister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Reverend Thomas B. McCallister.
Linda attended Mississippi State College for Women and was formerly a Regional Vice-President with Travelers Insurance Company.
Surviving are her husband, Bernard “Bernie” Lenortavage, PhD; daughters, Cara Khym, Middle Village, NY, Lorelle LoCurto, Kennesaw, GA; sister-in-law, Mary Louise McCallister, Winona, MS; grandchildren, Violet, Alanna, and Brendon Khym, Colin, Ashtyn, Christopher, and John LoCurto; nephews, Christopher McCallister and Daniel McCallister.
Surviving is also her dearest, loving friend Midge Cook, of Sunset Beach, NC.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at a later date to be announced.
