Obituary
Marcia Paulette Matthews, 77, of Calabash passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017.
She was born on December 2, 1939 in Manhattan, NY to the late Paul and Stephania Beswick. Marcia is also predeceased by her loving husband Charles S. Matthews.
Surviving are her sons, Charles and Christine Matthews of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brian and Marcie Matthews of Tampa, FL, and Christopher and Naomi Matthews of San Diego, CA; sisters, Pamela McGuire and Steff-Lynn Dahl; a brother, Paul Beswick; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00am in St. Brendan the Navigator Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Internment following in Brunswick Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 6 to 8pm at Brunswick Funeral Service Shallotte Chapel.
