Mary Ila Parker, 80, died January 26, 2023. She was born December 23, 1942, a daughter of Ila Dale Matthews Byrd and Arthur Z. Byrd. She enjoyed arts, crafts, and embroidery. She was an animal lover and spent many happy hours with her fur baby Prettygirl. During her working years, she was employed as a security guard.
Surviving are her Partner in Life, Linda Batts; two daughters, Debi Tudor and Kim Parker; brother, Jimmy Byrd; sister, Jane Brown; and four grandchildren.
