Michael Francis McCormack, 88, Sunset Beach, NC died on October 2, 2020.
Born in the Bronx, NY on August 5, 1932, he was a son of the late Michael McCormack and Mary Foy McCormack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard McCormack.
He was a retired New York City fire-fighter and was a USMC veteran.
Surviving are his wife Louise Fedrizzi McCormack; son, Michael McCormack, Sunset Beach, NC; daughters, Linda McCormack, Sunset Beach, NC and Lisa McCormack, Mahopac, NY; brother, John McCormack, Boca Raton, FL; sister, Ethel Mahar, Ocean Isle Beach, NC; grandchildren, Brian, Kali, Kelsi, Dakota, and Joshua; ten great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home with a prayer service at 1:30 pm.
