Obituary
Michael William Pakenas, 66, of Calabash died March 15, 2019. He was born in Amsterdam, NY, on June 28, 1952, a son of Raymond Pakenas and Janet Strevy Pakenas. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother James Pakenas. He graduated from Fonda Fultonville Central Schools, LeMoyne College and received a Master’s Degree from RPI.
He leaves behind his wife of thirty two years, Jeanie, and his loving golden retriever, Daisy.
Contributions in his memory made be made to Grand Strand Golden Retriever Rescue, POB 463, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
There will be no services.
